Software Engineer

  • Full stack JAVA development experience, from backend systems to user interfaces as necessary

  • Knowledge and experience using Spring, Hibernate, jUnit, Mockito

  • Knowledge and experience using relational database systems especially PostgreSQL and MySQL preferred

  • Ability to comfortably develop code for and debug remote systems

  • Collaborates with others, capable of working constructively with a group of people that have different skill sets and interests

Automation Tester

  • Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to understand the system and assure quality of the products and automated tests to be developed

  • Develop manual testcases based on requirements and then convert them to automation

  • Develop automation standards and processes

  • Documenting design decisions and ensuring adherence

  • As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll work with open source tools to automate testing

  • Responsible for defining manual and automated testing strategy/standards and the design of resilient automated test components and test programs

  • Works closely with enterprise IT, Delivery, and other functional area partners to ensure adequate security solutions are engineered and deployed in cloud environments and together with other platforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently, and to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements

  • Serves as a cloud security and engineering consultant to help project teams comply with enterprise and IT security policies, industry regulations, and best practices

  • Implements new cloud security technologies, architectures, and security products that will support security requirements for the enterprise and its customers, business partners and vendors

  • Evaluates secure solutions, based on approved security engineering standards

  • Deploy, maintain, and support systems, network appliances and HSMs

Data Engineer

  • Build a data warehouse and/or set up data sources from various internal and external data sources like sensors, machines, etc.

  • Design and create data models to store and access data for reporting and analysis

  • Use machine learning to create predictive models for forecasting, fraud detection and other areas

  • Manage data projects from start to finish, including prioritization, resource allocation and risk mitigation

  • Ensure data is accurate and up-to-date for reporting and analysis

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with organization policies

  • Create data visualizations and reports for key stakeholders

  • Solve data issues, like error messages and other system malfunctions

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts and other stakeholders

  • Create or review schematics and diagrams to visualize data systems

  • Coach data scientists and analysts on best practices

  • Maintain and update knowledge of latest technologies, tools and methodologies

Scrum Master

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. 

  • Proven track record managing large-scale software development, data management, and system integration initiatives.

  • Skilled in facilitating briefings with senior leadership and capturing actionable outcomes from meetings and stakeholder requests.

  • Proficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and Kanban methodologies is highly desired

  • Lead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, and PI Planning.

  • Build strong relationships to foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation across highly cross-functional Agile software development teams supporting CI/CD.

  • Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.

  • Assist the Product Manager in effective backlog management, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment of items with business goals.

  • Champion Agile values and quality practices, coordinate across organizations, and coach team members on process improvements and best practices.

  • Work closely with senior-level client leadership and business stakeholders, advising on process standardization and continuous improvement.

  • Guide the development team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and adopting Agile principles to maximize performance.

  • Mediate conflicts, resolve issues, and ensure healthy communication between the development team, Product Manager, and stakeholders.

Security Engineer

  • Engineer, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information

  • Identify and define system security requirements

  • Design computer security architecture and develop detailed cyber security designs

  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols

  • Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices

  • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks

  • Ensure that the company knows as much as possible, as quickly as possible about security incidents

  • Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement
